# Delete your workspace

Deleting a workspace removes all of its conversations, customers, rules and settings. Only the **Owner** can do it.

:::danger This can't be undone
After the 14-day grace period, everything in the workspace is permanently erased, including backups.

## Before you delete

- [ ] Export your conversations from **Reports › Export**
- [ ] Download the invoices you need for your records
- [ ] Remove the chat widget from your website
- [ ] Stop forwarding your support address to Relaypoint

## Delete the workspace

1. Go to **Settings › General** and scroll to **Danger zone**.
2. Select **Delete workspace**.
3. Type the workspace address, e.g. `acme-support`, to confirm.

Your subscription is cancelled at once, and you won't be charged again.

For **14 days**, an Owner can restore the workspace from the link in the confirmation email.
