### Who we are

Relaypoint is a fictional support inbox, run in this demo by a made-up company.

### Using the service

Use Relaypoint to talk to your own customers, lawfully. Don't send spam, and don't try to break or overload the service.

### Accounts

You're responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us right away if you think an account was misused.

### Payment

Paid plans are billed per agent seat, monthly or yearly, in advance. Prices on this site are examples only.

### Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

### Changes to these terms

We'll email the workspace Owner at least 30 days before any material change.
