Delete your workspace

Deleting a workspace removes all of its conversations, customers, rules and settings. Only the Owner can do it.

Before you delete#

• Export your conversations from Reports › Export
• Download the invoices you need for your records
• Remove the chat widget from your website
• Stop forwarding your support address to Relaypoint

Delete the workspace#

1. Go to Settings › General and scroll to Danger zone.
2. Select Delete workspace.
3. Type the workspace address, e.g. acme-support, to confirm.

Your subscription is cancelled at once, and you won't be charged again.
