Relaypoint is a fictional support inbox. In this demo, "we" means the made-up company that runs it.

Account data: your name, work email and workspace name.
Conversation data: the messages your customers send and your team's replies.
Usage data: which features you use, so we can improve them.

To run the service, keep it secure, bill you correctly and answer your questions.

Only with the processors that help us run the service, such as hosting and payment providers, under written agreements.

For as long as your workspace exists, then 14 days after deletion.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us.
