Getting started
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days of the Team plan for free, with no card required. After that you can stay on Starter for free.
Can I import conversations from another tool?
Yes. Go to Settings › Import and upload a CSV or JSON export. Imports of up to 100,000 conversations finish within an hour.
Which languages does the inbox support?
The app is available in English, German and Spanish. Customers can write to you in any language.
Data and security
Where is my data stored?
In the EU (Frankfurt) by default. Business workspaces can choose US hosting when they sign up.
Do you train AI models on my conversations?
No. Your conversations are never used to train models, ours or anyone else's.
Can I get a copy of all my data?
Yes. Owners can request a full export under Settings › General › Export workspace. You get a download link by email within 24 hours.
Billing
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes: 50% off Team and Business for registered nonprofits. Contact us with proof of status.
What happens if I go over my seat limit?
You can't invite more people until you upgrade or remove a seat. Conversations keep flowing either way.
