Invite your teammates

Support is a team sport. Invite the people who'll answer conversations, and give each of them the role they need.

Send invitations

  1. Go to Settings › Team and select Invite teammates.
  2. Enter one email address per line, or paste a list.
  3. Choose a role for each person.
  4. Select Send invites.

Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or cancel a pending invitation from the same page.
