A slow endpoint could occasionally receive the same message.created event twice when a retry overlapped the original delivery. Each delivery now carries a stable Relaypoint-Delivery-Id header, and retries wait for the previous attempt to finish.

If you de-duplicated events yourself, you can keep doing so. Details are in Receive events with webhooks.

Reports now refresh every 15 minutes instead of every hour, and filtering by team or tag is up to three times faster.

You can now test a rule against conversations you already have. Choose Run on past conversations, pick a date range, and see which conversations would have matched before anything changes.
